We’re not going to pretend a jacking puck is some revolutionary piece of engineering. It is, however, something you need every single time your Corvette goes on a jack or lift, so we wanted to make one that wasn’t a pain in the ass to use.
After testing these on the AMT C8 Corvette for two full seasons, we addressed every shortcoming we could find and are now proudly offering our Switchblade Jacking Pucks for all C5–C8 Corvettes.
AMT Motorsport Switchblades install into the factory lift points with a simple quarter turn and remain securely attached to the car. Install them once, and your jack points are always easy to find and ready to use—without crawling underneath the car while trying to hold a loose puck in place and simultaneously line up your floor jack.

Our captive-nut design keeps the retaining nut from falling off during installation. A custom-machined screw and captive locking washer eliminate the nerve-racking possibility of losing a nut inside the frame and listening to it rattle around for eternity.

Because the pucks are slightly thicker—and because we’re weight weenies—we machine away as much unnecessary material as possible. Each assembly weighs approximately 152 grams, or about 1.34 pounds for the full set of four.

Cross-drilled drainage holes connect the internal pockets to the center screw opening, preventing the pucks from filling with water and forming a miniature swamp underneath your car.

Each puck features a large contact surface for floor jacks and two-post lifts. The low-profile locking mechanism securely captures the factory mounting point without drilling, adhesives, or permanent modifications to the car.
The engraved LIFT marking also gives you—or whichever technician is working on your Corvette—a very clear indication of exactly where the car should be lifted.
